I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very nice and up to a 5-star standard; I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others. The size and cleanliness made it a good experience overall. However, I was a bit concerned about the balcony situation as it was only accessible by climbing out of the window onto a small fenced area that I didn't consider safe.

The hotel offers very tidy and beautiful rooms that are at a five-star standard. The rooms are small but very cozy and clean with a very responsive help desk. The service is super friendly and very helpful from the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant employees. The location is great, right in the bustling old quarter area, with many good restaurants, bars, and shopping options nearby. The dining experience is just amazing with a wide range of fresh fruit and great Pho. Overall, a great choice for your stay.

Wow! I just had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a king-size bed and a stunning jacuzzi overlooking the city. It’s so peaceful and quiet, away from the noise. The only downside is that you have to book in advance.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were exceptional, with a lovely comfortable bed, a great little balcony, and a good sized room overall, totally worth the extra money. The service was top-notch, the staff went out of their way to make our visit to Hanoi fabulous, incredibly friendly, and very helpful. The location couldn't have been better for exploring the Old Town and other sights, right in the heart of the bustling city with friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. However, the dining experience was good with many choices but included a limited breakfast selection. Overall, a great value for money stay.
